Many were doubtful until they strapped the BionicGym around their legs and began to feel the real workout heat up. "This is genuine exercise!" How does it achieve this?
Capitalizing on the natural phenomenon of shivering, small muscle movements generate heat through energy expenditure. BionicGym expertly replicates this process.
Electrical impulses from the BionicGym Wraps activate the motor-neurons [nerves to muscles] in the legs and gluteal muscles [buttocks], prompting repeated contractions. (They naturally relax or lengthen on their own). With sufficient muscle engaged at the ideal frequency, a call for oxygen-rich blood is made.
This demand encourages your cardiovascular system [heart and blood vessels] to work harder, effectively training it.

Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Where stock is currently unavailable, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date at the point of placing the order and shipping will take place as soon as the item is available again.
On placing the order you will receive confirmation that we have received your order. Once shipping has been processed by our warehouse you will receive an email indicating that the order has been shipped, who it has been shipped with and the approximate delivery date. Once shipped, the actual delivery time will depend on your location. While in the vast majority of instances this will be less than 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), some destinations outside the USA and the EU may take longer.
Unless special offers are in place, worldwide shipping charges are as follows:
- All orders including a BionicGym + BionicGym Pro+HIIT is shipped for free in the United States of America and Canada.
- All other orders are shipped at a charge of $6.49 to $49.99 depending on the quantity of items ordered and Shipping Country.
Change of Mind Returns
When you change your mind before your order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and process a refund immediately.
If you decide to return your BionicGym within 30 days of receiving it, you can do so. Once the return has been received it will be inspected by our warehouse team. If the Gel Pads have been opened and attached to the Bionic Wraps and/or the returned BionicGym does not meet the required hygiene standards, there will be a $128 return/restocking fee deducted from your refund amount (once the Gel Pads have been attached to the BionicWraps neither can not be used again for hygienic reasons and will need to be restocked).
Please note that depending on your bank, it can take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Returned goods shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. You'll receive instructions including a return address from our dedicated Customer Support Team. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FEDEX. In order to process your refund, we must receive the returned product.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong sized BionicGym or Wrap, let us know and we will swap it for a more suitable size. This will include us providing a return label to allow you to send back the original product at no cost to you (USA Only). Once we receive the original item we will ship you out a new size.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for wraps where gel pads have already been attached. We highly recommend that you check out our detailed size guide prior to purchasing.Return of a Faulty Product
Where concerns exist about the performance of the product, we will provide troubleshooting support to ensure that the setup is correct.
On those rare occasions where a product is deemed faulty, we will provide a full or partial replacement at no cost to the customer.
Our Warranty
A warranty period of one year from the date of delivery applies to a manufacturing failure of the controller unit / hardware part of the Bionic Gym.
Bionic Gym branded spare parts/reusable items (i.e., garments/wraps) and AUX cables in the instance of a manufacturing fault are covered by warranty for 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery and will be replaced by Bionic Gym. This does not include the usual wear and tear instances.
This warranty policy does not apply to consumable items (i.e., electrodes/gel-pads).
Can I return the product purchased from another retailer or through a private sale?
Refunds are only granted for items purchased through the Bionic Gym official website and other authorised dealers and agents. If you have any questions about whether the seller is an authorised dealer or agent, please contact us at hello@bionicgym.com and we can provide advice.
Items received as gifts can of course be returned within the normal 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused, as outlined above.
