Shipping and Returns Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Where stock is currently unavailable, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date at the point of placing the order and shipping will take place as soon as the item is available again.
On placing the order you will receive confirmation that we have received your order. Once shipping has been processed by our warehouse you will receive an email indicating that the order has been shipped, who it has been shipped with and the approximate delivery date. Once shipped, the actual delivery time will depend on your location. While in the vast majority of instances this will be less than 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), some destinations outside the USA and the EU may take longer.
Unless special offers are in place, worldwide shipping charges are as follows:
- All orders including a BionicGym + BionicGym Pro+HIIT is shipped for free.
- All other orders are shipped at a charge of $9.99 within the USA and $19.99 elsewhere.
We regret that we are currently unable to ship to India, Russia and Mexico at this time.
Change of Mind Returns
Where you change your mind before your order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and process a refund immediately.
Where the order has been shipped, unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Once the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will then begin the refund process.
If your opened BionicGym doesn’t meet the required hygiene standards, there’s a $128 return fee. Bionic Wraps and Gel Pads need to meet hygienic standards. This return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
In both cases, Shipping costs – where paid – are your responsibility and non-refundable. You’ll receive instructions including a return address from our dedicated Customer Support Team. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS or Fedex. In order to process your refund, we must receive the returned product."
Please note that, depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you ordered the wrong sized BionicGym or Wrap, let us know and we will swap it for a more suitable size. This will include us providing a return label to allow you to send back the original product at no cost to you (USA Only). Once we receive the original item we will ship you out a new size.
*We do not accept exchanges for wraps where electrodes have already been attached. We highly recommend that you check out our detailed size guide prior to purchasing.
Return of a Faulty Product
Where concerns exist about the performance of the product, we will provide troubleshooting support to ensure that the setup is correct.
On those rare occasions where a product is deemed faulty, we will provide a full or partial replacement at no cost to the customer.
A warranty period of one year from the date of delivery applies to a manufacturing failure of the controller unit / hardware part of the Bionic Gym.
Bionic Gym branded spare parts/reusable items (i.e., garments/wraps) and AUX cables in the instance of a manufacturing fault are covered by warranty for 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery and will be replaced by Bionic Gym. This does not include the usual wear and tear instances.
This warranty policy does not apply to consumable items (i.e., electrodes/gel-pads).
Can I return the product purchased from another retailer or through a private sale?
Refunds are only granted for items purchased through the Bionic Gym official website and other authorised dealers and agents. If you have any questions about whether the seller is an authorised dealer or agent, please contact us at email@example.com and we can provide advice.
Items received as gifts can of course be returned within the normal 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused, as outlined above.
