A Continuous Glucose Montior (CGM) Measured Blood Glucose Response to x2 Cokes With And Without BionicGym.
Exact same conditions each time.
8AM wake up (same evening meal previous night).
8:30AM sitting at desk and open 2 cans of coke.
[Each can contains 330mls, 35g of sugar or 140 calories].
8:45AM I rapidly drink the cokes. I remain seated at the desk until noon.
The second time around I put on BionicGym at intensity 20 (Glucose Gobbler program) from 8:30 AM and increased it to intensity 30 at 9AM for a further 1.5 hours.
I am well used to BionicGym so I hardly feel it at intensity 20. At intensity 30 I can easily work but I am more aware of the contractions. I could use it higher again at a standing desk typing, etc.
