Can I return the product?
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 (thirty) days from the day of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. This applies to cases when you simply change your mind.
When will I receive my refund?
If your product has not been shipped out yet, your refund will be processed upon request and depending on the banks' processing times the funds should be available in your account within 5-8 business days.
If your product is in transit or has already reached you at the time of your request for refund, you will be supported by us with an instruction how to return unopened and unused item. Once we have received your product back, we will process your refund. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5-8 business days for the funds to become available in your account.
Can I exchange the product if I ordered a wrong size?
Absolutely, we will facilitate an exchange of the product to accommodate you finding the size that suits you best. This includes providing you with a return label to send back the initially selected product and us shipping out the better fitting one. Can I return the product purchased from another retailer or through a private sale?
The refunds are only granted for the purchases processed through the BionicGym official web-site. The products received as gifts fall under the same timeline requirement for returns as the original purchase 30 days for a full return from delivery date having to be unopened and unused.
What happens if the product is faulty?
In case there might be any concern about the product's performance we will facilitate support to ensure the set up is correct or provide partial / full replacement where necessary.
What is covered by BionicGym warranty?
A warranty period of one year from the date of delivery applies to a manufacturing failure of the controller unit / hardware part.
BionicGym branded spare parts/reusable items (i.e. garments/wraps) and AUX cables in the instance of a manufacturing fault are covered by the warranty for 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery and will be replaced by Bioncigym. This does not include the usual wear and tear instances.
This warranty policy does not apply to consumable items (i.e. electrodes/gel-pads).
