BionicGym.

I was super skeptical before buying this. So I didn't buy it lol, but then later my wife bought this for me hahaha. What can I say, it's INSANE! I can't believe, when you put it on, it kind of beats your legs, which you have to get used to (it takes some time, but I did get used to it), and then in around 20-30 minutes your heart rate increases as you increase the intensity. If I'm going at 50 out of 100 intensity, my BPM is usually around 110-120. And then I actually start feeling the sweat, and I feel hot like I am exercising! But it's not as exhausting as running or cycling, because you can just sit on sofa and it does the work for you. You still feel exhausted and tired after using it, but the process itself isn't that bad as with running or cycling. And then the burned calories result in lost pounds. I've lost 12 pounds in 1 month already, so I can prove you - it's real!

These replacements BG GP (Gel Pads) are not giving me the rash than the standard BG GP were giving me. I am glad that BG has a rash management team in the BG Dublin, Ireland, EU HQ, they were very supportive and efficient and were able to develop a solution to my rash with special BG GP.

The upgraded bionic gym control module holder keeps connection with the unit better than the G1 design.

It is very jarring at first, but it absolutely helps keep my body in Keto mode longer.

Unit works perfectly. Charges to 100% and runs about 5 hours per charge. Fits into the wraps tight and good connection.

This has been the biggest WTF moment of my life! I couldn’t believe that a device like this could really increase my heart rate and make me sweat. I was skeptical, but I was also desperate for something to help get the weight off. I take a certain medication which increases my weight and no matter what I did I kept on gaining. So I splurged on this device. On the first day of using the device, I didn’t break a sweat but my heart rate went up to a consistent 135 b.p.m. On the seconds day, I increased the intensity and averaged 150 b.p.m. and began to sweat. When I calculated calories burned, it averaged to 1032 calories! Insane!!!! I’m so impressed and looking forward to the results!

I can't tell you the difference new pads make in the Bionic Gym experience. The contact is SO much "cleaner" and the stimulation more "direct" and less, um, "diffused?" Not sure if those are the right terms, but hopefully, you understand what I am trying to say. In a nutshell, it's much better - wonderful. While I don't have anything else to compare them to and I'm sure these are as good as any others, I simply wish there was a way to just replace the gel part, rather than the whole pad. I know it may be just wishful thinking, but both for the environment and the pocketbook.

I had three knee surgeries in the past two years. I have to be very careful how I move making it hard to exercise or go for long walks. This device helps me keep fit and burning calories while I work. Thanks.

Since I am going to continue using BionicGym, I decided to purchase a lot of authentic BionicGym electrode pads so I can save money on the S/H (Shipping/Handling) since it is the same S/H $ charge if you order one or if you order many.

In a month I have lost a little over 10lbs with Bionic Gym. I use it 4-5x a week. It’s so much easier than getting to the gym. Can’t wait to see my results in the months to come!!!

I have been looking for a physical exercise device that I could perform while I am sitting down since my daily life duties, some self imposed & some not self-imposed require that for me to be sedentary (sitting down) so when I found BionicGym on one of my online research activities, I had the impression that it would fulfill this need/"void" to stay healthy and take care of my responsibilities concurrently. I liked that Louis Crowe MD, inventor, founder & CEO of the BionicGYM company had performed a lot of research on it & that he facilitated the process of learning about it and how to use it with his helpful videos. I commenced (began) using on 01 NOV 2021 so around 5 weeks now & it is already yielding positive health benefits. I also like that the 24/7 Customer Services (CS) availability which I accessed during my first two weeks of using BionicGYM to iron out some of the APP kinks that I was not grasping on my own on how to solve them, the CS staff members were quite helpful.

I love this exercise enhancer. It's wonderful to have this while I'm working at home and allowing me to get the exercise I used to get when I was onsite. it's got a lot of different workout sessions that I can utilize and work with depending on my mood. it also helped me recover in a faster way after surgery and I was not as mobile as I would have liked to be. I made sure it wasn't going to be a problem with the surgery I had by asking my doctor and it's been helpful to get my heart rate better.

I've been using it to burn calories while I'm working. It has helped me, along with proper eating habits to lose 24lbs thus far!!!

I edit videos most days, which means I sit most days ;) With Bionic Gym, I can edit AND burn calories at the same time! I love it.

I was skeptical about the BG. However,weighing the science,and positive testimonials vs the negative ones I decided to it try out. As one that actually works out I was surprised at the level, intensity and results I experienced. The ability to burn additional calories in a day is always a win win.

Love every thing about it however the battery pack controller does not always fit in the sleeve properly I have to take it out and put back in some times I have to wiggle it to get it to connect and one time it ran out of power in the middle of us wing it not sure why it did not have power as it charged over night

I have been using every day I did email and asked how I know to change the pads never got an answer I have worked on getting to 100 I have done it on the 3 zones unfortunately I am going weight and I have reduced my food intake not sure what to do next I am trying pro but can not get very high on it

This was a good deal with the 3 packs of gel attachments. The pads are well made and durable, all they require is proper care in order to get the most use out of them.

I'm really enjoying the ability to add cardio to my swimming on the off days, plus also avoiding going outside in the cold and having to deal with the weather to keep up my walking routine. Thanks BG. Really enjoying it.

Best $750 spent. I don't have a lot of room for exercise equipment. But with Bionicgym I am able to get a great cardio workout that was missing from my workouts. I have used it 31 times and I have lost 5 pounds without changing my diet. I will report back in a couple months with a update.

I got the Bionic Gym for covid and sitting in front of a computer all day life. I don’t have mobility issues, but in my first week of use I could’ve sworn I was moving around better/easier. I also was pretty sure I was breathing better. I feel good after using it, it’s certainly cardio! I’m happy with my purchase.

It works great, though it is more difficult to multitask on a computer while using the BionicGym, especially if you need fine mouse control! But watching a movie or whatnot is good!

Love the pads….. just care for them and You’ll get good use out of them.

I am a 66 year and woman and have 7 years of poor exercise due to a knee injury. I’ve used the BionicGym nearly everyday since September 5th. Some days I only use it an hour but most days 2 hrs. I feel better and sleep better. I’ve lost a few inches overall. I’m sure after 2 full months I’ll see more inches lost. I’m very happy with the BionicGym

I bought this to help control my blood sugar a little over a month ago. Since using the BG, I have lost about 8lbs, but most importantly moved my blood sugar readings down 50-70 points. I use it in a lazy way, laying down, or sitting while working at my desk. I have not done much to my diet yet, because it was already pretty restricted, but I managed to lose a bit of weight. I use the Glucose Gobbler setting for about 4-6 hours a day; whenever I am sitting doing office work. The Bionic Gym is a serious game changer for me!

I am still in the beginner phase. Working on consistent use right now. But I do like it.

It takes about two weeks to really get your heart pumping, but once it does you sweat lots and HR is up in the roof. I love using it while doing my sedentary work

Still getting used to it. A bit cumbersome to get going, but after 2-3 times, its getting easier. Be good to have a device calibrated to the trainer that gives the user a calorie-burn read out. I'm using my Apple Watch set on the "Yoga" setting now and I'm not confident I'm getting an accurate read out.

It works for sure! For me, I’m not trying to loose weight, but rather to slightly increase my heart rate more frequently. I’m renting a place that makes working out hard to do, and yeah, I’m also lazy! Takes a little bit to get used to, but while the cost is high, all the claims are accurate.

I am 5’2. The wraps don’t fit right. They are too long and the bottom piece goes over my knees. Because of that I don’t really like using them. I can move around as freely with them on.

I enjoy using the BionicGym. It has taken a bit of adjusting to the settings and the workouts. I am working my way up to higher intensities. This is definitely a great purchase!

I had requested a new controller because mine had the button "fall in" and they sent a new one within a week. It works great and the customer service was great.

I was very skeptical like many others but with recent injuries and severe health issues, I had to give it a try. After 10 days, I’m really starting to see some changes, regaining strength, able to walk short distances, breathing better when I do and noticing such a difference. I am 100% medically retired, Army disabled. I have been disabled for 30 years. My problems had brought me to the point that I couldn't do Cardio anymore. I was putting on weight, and feeling horrible. I heard about Bionic gym and decided to try it. I has helped me get me cardio in, and I am loosing weight. This means alot to me.

It’s very simple and easy to use there is self-explanatory. I’ve had some great results using that with a keto diet. I haven’t used the last couple of weeks because I’ve been traveling but now that I’m back home I started back up again and It relaxes me.

This has been a great extra source of exercise. Really enjoy using the bionic gym.

I emailed the company about a torn Velcro strap and they easily replaced it. I am super happy with this product. The only downside is I walk around sweaty and gross all day because these things keep my HR up.

Bad customer service on messenger Facebook. Not always trying to answer my questions. Import taxes are too high and should be covered by the sender. All extras cost Should be part of the price and it’s too pricey for what’s it is. Gel pads should Be more accessible for people out of the country. I am from Canada and will have to pay the price of the product, shipping and import taxes. It is very expensive and not appealing for customer.

I have very short leg span from knee to groin so cannot really have the gap between the knee and thigh pads.

Very good heart pounding sweaty workout

This thing is pretty awesome. I was initially concerned that it would be a gimmick but this thing REALLY gets my heart rate going. The secret is to stand up and go about your chores with it on. You will be drenched in no time. It is like pulsing all your leg muscles simultaneously while you do your daily activities. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the Velcro is already starting to rip. Other than that this is awesome.

It gives you a really great sweat! Good for the person that does not have a lot of time on their hands.

I really like it.I like to get my heart rate up by having it going when I go walk the dogs. fit wise the strap spacing between the top and bottom strap is a little long but the stickiness of the pads keeps it in place. I am 5"11" And got the large. Maybe I should have got the small? It still works fine though.

It wont fit me. It needs a higher size.

Don't have it it was stolen by porch Pirate they opened the box left me a empty box with 1 small pieces of tape to hold together apparently I scared them when I opened my door & they fell on my irises bent most over hope they don't die

Very satisfied and happy with the product

It really works! I thought its a scam but I gave it a go and I'm not disappointed. I was at 258lbs now Im at 238lbs by using it off and on in a month. Honestly I haven't used it that much but since it restarted my metabolism, I'm losing more weight than ever. You'll 100% feel the workout, your legs will grow bigger and stronger as if you were running on a treadmill! It's incredible! I'm wearing them as I'm writing this review! Wish there were arms and abs bionicgym as well to work them out for muscle growth! :D I use this when I'm watching tv or when I'm playing games! This product is expensive but its worth every penny because you'll get to your desired weight! You'll lose the weight and keep it off forever EASY!

I have had it for a few weeks now. Still looking for the results, I don't see any yet. But I think maybe I need some more time to use it. Will write another review again in a few weeks. The only thing I would say that I don't like with it, is that it's hard to put on. That process could be made easier.

I love the product and the convenience of it... The only thing that I would suggest is that the company either make the pads last longer or provide a second set of them considering the price. I use the device 5-6 days a week and replace the liners to preserve the pads but they still don't have the same adhesiveness as they did, and its only been a month. Again I absolutely love the product and the convenience of it and would recommend it to anyone.

Extremely skeptical when I first saw it. Even more cautious when I saw the price, so combined my thoughts were was it for me? After receiving and using it for the first time, I burned over 500 calories in one 60 minute workout!!!! Product is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Highly recommend to folks who may have joint issues, busy schedules (like me) and want a quality workout.

My legs feel great after a session & my joints feel much better as well. This is a great alternative to the toll that traditional exercise takes on the body. I'm looking forward to all of the workouts! The customer service is excellent - they're very responsive and invested in ensuring that everything is working as it should be.

Sorry, have not actually used it because I was waiting for my new phone, printer etc. then it all had to be installed which is happening but not done. The city is kind of small and you just wait. Now as I begin to learn the phone I look forward,very much, to getting the Bionic Gym installed and working (and I really hope it is easy and I don’t have to find someone to do it for me). It took two years plus for the Gym to actually arrive )I was an Indiegogo backer)so have learned patience about this!

My first kit arrived and after charging it.. it failed to work. The support team was great, went through all the trouble shooting and even sent out replacement wraps but that it help, so they sent out a replacement kit and it worked!... So, kudos to the support team for just sending out a replacement rather than frustrating the customer. Have been using it for about 1 and a half weeks... and loving it... a one hour session feels like a actual workout, including the sweats, haven't had one of those since a knee injury put my running on the shelf! I used it for 4 solid weeks it really helped me get back into the swing of things. I was losing about 2-3 pounds per week without changing my diet. After the 3 weeks I was able to find the self confidence slowly started to workout again. Using the BionicGym mostly now on rainy days or days I’m to busy with work. I can’t say enough about good about this product it was great in building my confidence with my chronic medical issues.

My only complaint is the app. Without a smartphone and wifi BionicGym is useless. Load the workouts on the control unit so that it can be used regardless of having a smartphone and WiFi.

So.. I started March 11th at a weight of 225. It's April 22nd and I am down to 212.. I have made zero changes other than adding BG to my daily routine. I just literally wake up, have a quick cup of coffee and then put on my gear to do my "work out " which is basically me doing my normal housekeeping chores. I highly recommend this. There is a learning curve as you get accustomed to it but the Facebook group is super supportive

I've used my product about 2 dozen times and I'm still figuring it out, but I do like it and feel it's providing what was advertised. I'd like the app to be more dependable.

I love the BG. I clip my Fitbit to my ankle to track my cycling. I’m able to hit peak and stay there for sustained amounts of time, increasing my output for steps, heart and calories burned. Way less time too

Since getting BG, and using nearly daily, twinkle toes and glucose gobbler, 2kg down, overall inch off everywhere, but most importantly can exercise while at my desk working from home, and have seen changes in body composition. It’s not a silver bullet, but excellent addition to doing some exercise, and a healthy diet. (I still eat chocolate, carbs, and drink wine!).

I love it!!! The last year has limited oppertunities for training quite a bit, and I have a neck prolapse that restrains me from visiting the dojo. The Bionic Gym looked to be too good to be true, the science behind it did however ring true. Two months later I've shaken off about 7 kilo, and use it do deal with my increased blood sugar. My heart is pumping, and sweat is running, I am amazed how good it works. And I can fit in 10+ hours of activity a week, while working. Delivery took less than a week, and support has been most helpful for my newbie questions. My impression is that Bionic Gym seems genuinly interested in feedback, and working with their users. Does it take time, yes. Does it require self-discipline, indeed. It is a magic bullet to a new and better life, no. Would I buy it again, hell yeah! I can't wait to see results 6 months ahead. Would I recommend it to everyone, no. You need the commitment to yourself, otherwise this would most likely be yet another exercise tool on a shelf somewhere. I still believe I'll be back running later this year, and right now my hope is fueled by Bionic Gym. /Bjorn

Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme gehabt, erst mit der Lieferung, Fehler durch den packet dienst, mein packet ging zurück an BionicGym, der Support hat sofort ein ersatz geschickt, das ging auch zurück, ( packet Zentrum nicht verlassen) drittel mal nach einschalten der Geschäftsleitung der packet dienst, endlich mein gerät angekommen ! Nach anfangs Schwierigkeiten, ( Stecker nicht richtig eingedrückt! Funktioniert einwandfrei! Bin zufrieden! Es tritt bei mir kein schwitzen auf! Aber bin eigentlich topfit! Und ein Bmi von 22,5 , bin 63 Jahre alt. Und zufrieden mit BionicGym!

I love being able to keep my hear rate up and still stay productive behind the computer or working around the house. Multitasking is the best!!
